Revealz ("Revealz," "we," "us") is operated by Orca Pod, LLC, 45 Alpine Lane, Unit 66, Chelmsford, MA 01824. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We do not sell your personal information.

Who this covers

• Customers: people who order a reveal page from us.
• Guests: people who visit a customer's reveal page (and may leave an RSVP, a guess, or a guestbook message).

Information we collect

From customers: your name(s), email address, optional phone number, the details you provide for your page (e.g. occasion details, registry links), and your communication preferences. Payments are processed by Stripe; we receive confirmation and limited details, but we do not store your full card number.

From guests: information you choose to submit on a reveal page (such as an RSVP, a prediction/guess, or a guestbook message) and basic, aggregate visit counts.

Automatically: we use privacy-first, cookieless analytics on our website and simple first-party visit counts on reveal pages. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers.

How we use information

• To create, deliver, host, and support your reveal page.
• To communicate with you about your order and provide customer support.
• For marketing only if you opt in; you can opt out at any time.
• To keep our service secure and prevent abuse.

We use personal information only to support you and run the service (and for marketing if you've opted in). We never sell it.

AI-assisted communication

We use an AI assistant to help respond quickly to messages sent to hello@revealz.co. If you'd prefer no AI involvement, email humansupport@revealz.co (or simply ask for a human in any message) and a person will handle your messages instead. This doesn't change any other part of the service.

How we share information (service providers)

We share limited information with vendors who help us run Revealz, under agreements that limit their use of it:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Amazon Web Services — hosting.
• Cloudflare — DNS, security/bot protection (Turnstile), and cookieless analytics.
• Google Workspace and Resend — email delivery.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Cookies & tracking

By design, Revealz is largely cookieless. Our website uses privacy-first analytics that don't use tracking cookies, and reveal pages use only simple first-party visit counts. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

How long we keep information (retention)

We keep information only for as long as it's needed. Your reveal page and its data are kept for the period you choose, followed by a grace/hold period, after which the page and its associated data (including guest submissions such as RSVPs and guestbook entries) are permanently deleted. Certain records (e.g. transaction/tax records) may be kept longer where the law requires. We email you before anything is removed.

Your choices & rights

• Access or delete your information: email privacy@revealz.co.
• Opt out of marketing: anytime, via the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
• Opt out of AI-assisted communication: anytime.
• Guests can opt out of communications and request removal of their submissions.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, consistent with our obligations under Massachusetts law (including 201 CMR 17.00). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Data breach

If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and applicable authorities as required by Massachusetts law (Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 93H) and other applicable law, without unreasonable delay.

Children

Revealz is intended for adults. You must be 18 or older to use our service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; we'll revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice.
